Why are paranasal implants so bad? I have great mandible and chin but shitty lower maxilla and nose projection. Don’t think Robert Pattinson would need Lefort 3 to fix his flat maxilla.

I’d disagree, only because outside advice on “how to get perfect skin“ is usually profit motivated, only here do you have people who are speaking like fucking humans. I am indeed heavily recessed, my soft tissue just hides it enough to not look like an abomination. Truth be told I am discussing the exact surgery with the surgeon at the moment, as in that we might do a modified version because moving the eye orbits does seem brutal af. In any case, it's Le Fort 2 minimum, I said that from the start. My nose area will be moved.
