so i had severe acne in high school didnt accutanemaxx bcoz i was afriad it would stunt my growth was bullied for my face from 13 - 17 nicknmd 'acneboy' sometimes ppl from another school would bike by and laugh at me in my face and say im ugly etc im 1.79 / 5'10ish basically a manlet in chadtherlands

was incel from 18 - 22 then started gymcelling and puacoping and ntfrauding thru succeedsocially.com etc

then i got brain cancer (29) and started bloatmaxxing through nsaids macrodosing dexamethason

then i switchstacked to paleocel / ketocel diet for antibloat but lost all of my gains and hair due to brain radiation

then my hair started growing back died it blonde to eminemfraud / troll / dukenukemmax then shaved it again, anyway these are my most recent pics have i reached htn ascension in spite of oldcel postacnescarredskincel etc ?

close to htn you just need an Orbital box osteotomy with bilateral tripod osteotomies to double your facial height to width ratio and increase your palpebral fissure lenght and a 12 mm quandrangular modified Lefort 3 as described by Dr. Sinn with a 10 mm Lefort I with 5 degrees of countreclockwise rotation and a mandibular BSSO with 3 inches of advancement and chin wing osteotomy to create a hyper ant face which was discovered by Dr. Sailer. Throw in an Almond eye surgery Dr. Taban style, meaning with lateral canthopexy, lower lid retraction surgery and orbital decompression. Make an aggressive wraparound jaw implant with exactly these specifications: 15 mm of lateral jaw angle augmentation with 6 mm horizontal augmentation to my ramus.
