Well the answer is simple

1. Most eye circles that actually look good are genetic. The irish, slavic, and meds have a higher likelyhood of getting them in my experience. You could try to get them through lack of sleep, however it would most likely just look like the shitty puffy kind.
2. Fuss your hair, put ono two layers when dressing (it matches the aesthetic of the face as well as the two layers messing up your hair a little bit without looking
3. Grow out your eyebrows, use minox if you have sparse eyebrows (LENGTH SHOULD BE LONG TO THE SIDES FACING YOUR TEMPLES, AND A BIT LONG ABOVE THE NOSE BUT NO UNIBROW, I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH)
4. Darken/dye your hair if you feel the need.
5. Wear clothes that seem second hand, adds to the boy next door/ bad boy vibe
