Here I will give my personal theory as to what qualifies as White. I will separate some of the most popular countries of origin into 3 groups: group A, group B, and group C. Group A will be fully white, group B will be white passing ethnics and group C will be deathnik. Basically, if you are 75% or more group A, and the rest is group B, you qualify as white. However, if you are less than 75% group A, you are not white. Also, any group A % is negated by any group C influence within 3 generations of yourself.

For example, I am 75% russo-ukranian and 25% british roots, therefore I do not qualify at a real White person because russia/ukraine are group B and british is group A. However, you must have at least 75% group A to negate any group B roots. I am basically a white passing ethnic.

Group A are just historically pure white and aristocratic countries
Group B are traditionally white countries that have undergone great amount of race mixing and/or immigration during the 20th century (generally USSR countries or countries that african/middle eastern refugees get to first). Also gypsy rooted countries.
Group C are just historically ethnic and underdevelopped

Why is Kazakhstan in Group B? The only time that region was "white" was when Russians and former Gulag prisoners from Germany made up like 60% of population during the Soviet times. Now they make up like 20% since they're all leaving for their homelands. Native Kazakhs by the way look mixed or Chinese, it was never traditionally 'white'

idk, maybe ur right, i found kazakh hard to place cause I associate it more with russians and slavs than asians. its like right on the fence. maybe i should have put it in group c. its def different from most asian and middle eastern countries tho.
