There's a reason. It's because SE Asia never had confucianism which encouraged being docile and shy and studious. East Asia was obsessed with that and it's become engrained in their culture. It's no coincidence than the only real Asian slayers are K pop singers who have been very westernised. SE asians are much more low inhib because of it. Filipinos are very social and get on well with people compared to the silent East Asians
