I've been applying tension to my wrists and ankles to elongate my limbs. I do this by using my bed's springy construction to pull on my legs and arms when i pull on them, forcing the springs to push my limbs vertically.
I do this for 5 minutes before I sleep, I plan on extending that time frame but that's the limit before it really starts to hurt.
