The past 3 years I've been lifting naturally and only gained 15-20lbs of muscle, almost all of it coming from the first year :feelsrope:. I’d hit a plateau and I’d been staying at around 150lbs for the last year or two. RAD-140 seemed perfect for trying to pack on a few extra pounds with little side effects.
With all that said, I just completed my 8 week 15mg/day cycle and put on ~8-10lbs of muscle. Side affects were very minimal, pretty much nonexistent. Only one I noticed was having to piss a lot. I didn’t really notice any balding, acne, or anxiety/anger while taking it. although I was taking 2.5mg of dut and 40mg isotret with it. I also took 12.5mg enclo with it to not nuke my natural test production.

I ran Full body every other day during cycle and I tried to get enough protein and carbs, although I didn't actually track my calories.
3 weeks done: 156.0lb

I felt great in the gym after the first few weeks. Pumps felt great and my strength went up tremendously. ALL of my lifts went up at least 10-30%. I also hopped on MT2 so I look a bit more tan

Some of my pictures I'm on tadalafil and others I'm not, but idk which ones are which. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the results. A little difficult to notice too much in the pictures but I'd say worth it. I wish I hopped on sooner and I'd recommend everyone hop on something, no reason to be natural in 2025.

Mirin physique. Few questions tho,

Did you bulk the 3 years you gymmed before sarms or nah? Did you bulk while on the rad140?

How many calories did you eat and what was your exact routine if you got one for the first 3 years natty and then what was it for the sarms cycle?

I had a few phases where I tried to “bulk” but I kept track of calories for like 2 weeks and stopped, usually trying to eat 2800. But I never made it over 160lb. I also never tried to dirty bulk bc I didn’t wanna get fat. Bulking is lowkey cope you can still build nearly all your muscle with or without it.
First 6 or so months lifting I started with upper-lower-rest. I ate pretty much whatever I wanted because I was very skinny and felt like I needed to pack on weight. I gained most of my weight here. I switched to PPL for the next 4 months or so, still eating whatever I wanted. I switched to Arnold for the next 8 or so months, and at some point during it I tried to switch to carnivore diet jfl :lul:. I think I went back to upper lower for a few months and arnold again and then finally in like April I switch to FBEOD.
I always trained hard and went to failure or close to it. I also stayed very consistent. Pretty much never missed a day, except for a stretch 2 summers ago.
During cycle, I was on FBEOD still and eating cleaner, I had ate out like 5 times during it and cooked pretty much everything. Didn’t really bulk more just maintained.

You kinda have to bulk for gains. Those first 6 months when you ate whatever you wanted and made progress you were in a calorie surplus, hence bulking whether you knew it or not.

200 calorie surplus is enough, but don’t listen to the soyence based lifting tards who say you can “muh maingain” or whatever tf.

Also, Don’t bother with fullbody every other day, just stick with push pull legs/ upper lower/ arnold. People on neurotypical splits make better progress than people on theorycel crappy ones.

What foids think untrained lean body is
 
Good progress but shouldve used ru58841 and a test base vut rad isnt to strong so i dont rhink much harm was done
