I don't know. The total effect is huge but the changes are extremely subtle. He definitely refined the nose. Some of it might have just been the dude maturing. He might have tweaked the eyes. It looks like he has less upper eyelid show. His smile looks different so maybe he tweaked the jaws. He might have done an upper lip lift or something with the lips.
