What do you mean dogmaxxing and what’s the issue with him exactly regarding results? I don’t care too much about a lawsuit. They are either super conversative and don’t risk any lawsuits but then the chance of an actual ascension is extremely low (what I observed with surgeons like Gunson and Ramieri) or they actually take some risks and then of course the chance of botched cases increase.

I would rather take a risk and do a revision if needed. Regarding costs I think raffaini and bell would be just the same but raffaini would include a rhino

Ridiculous prices. For 100k, it should be more like a total facial reconstruction surgery + free revision insurance.
Leg lengthening prices are also absurd.
