He refused everything from extractions to specific torque. He wanted to prepare me for a french bluepilled bimax surgery with 7-8mm BSSO at most LF 1 2mm, with no CCW rotation, no downgrafting.

I told him fuck off immediately, and understood that 100% of orthos of my country will do the same so need to fly to Rome

Yes but in my opinion regular LF 1 is better as you can rotate jaws more with ccw or cw rotation

Downgrafting and sagittal LF 1 would both bring your whole nasal base and paranasal full ness forward. Downgrafting is a blessing with custom plates
