Ramus and gonions osteotomy

Is there an osteotomy for ramus length and wide gonions? I do not want to get implants, I have a feeling I will perceive myself as a nigger fraud jfl if I get metals on my bones instead of just reforming the bones a little. If no, than how can one make himself feel better about implants

Thanks for the answer bhai but wouldn't it make it seem like you have over-trained masseter muscles? I mean a curve instead of just a straight line jaw
