Ramus and recessed maxilla of doom

Obviously I have a shit ramus, maxilla and infras are recessed and my side profile is shit. Is there anything I can do to slightly help it? Only surgery can save me, but I'm wondering if any basic stuff could slightly help it a little

Maxilla is fine. U have underbite. U need metal braces.

lowk jus grow ur hair out until it get to ur nose or cover up to ur eyes for appealmax also getting leaner while trying to raise hyoid would help (pls rep)

I've had pretty long hair I just recently cut it, I'm growing it out again but thanks for tips
