Im 17 and my ramus is about pretty short, are there actually ways to lengthen it or is it just genetics

There is a risk of course with the masseter placement getting fucked up but, compared to other surgeries the risk is relatively low yeah as long as you research your surgeon, your desired outcome impact on your math harmony etc etc
