Hi everyone, this is a dangerous but somewhat successful NON PERMANENT METHOD.
Tutorial: You need to put your thumbs under both sides of this (so it touches the underside of your jaw, but pushes against the bone. You need to put very high pressure for around 15-45 seconds for 3 sets every day in the morning and evening and you will see very significant results, I have taught this technique to many people and most of them have seen very good results especially if they have a narrow jaw. This is done in order to push the ramus outwards and to get more outward projection of gonions. This works because there is no suture for this part of the jaw, but it may not work for individuals who have stopped all bone growth because the bones are less maleable. You can combine this with thumbpulling / internal zygo pushing in order to maximize results as this technique doesnt affect maxilla only gonions and ramus which will create a imbalanced face if you dont have good zygos / a good maxilla.
WARNING: THIS TECHNIQUE WILL NOT PRODUCE PERMANENT RESULTS (WILL REVERSE AFTER A FEW DAYS IF YOU STOP CONSISTENTLY DOING IT)
I attached some images to show what part to push with your thumbs, push on the underside and push laterally/horizontally for outward results or upwards to try to combat downward growth (second thing about downward growth i am not sure about - haven't seen noticeable results)
Short explanation:
Ramus pushing facepulling is a technique that combines elements of both ramus pushing and facepulling. It involves applying pressure to the underside of the gonion while simultaneously applying pressure to the maxilla. The goal is to encourage both outward movement of the ramus and forward and upward movement of the maxilla.
Thanks, remember its never over!
