Hi everyone, this is a dangerous but somewhat successful NON PERMANENT METHOD.

Tutorial: You need to put your thumbs under both sides of this (so it touches the underside of your jaw, but pushes against the bone. You need to put very high pressure for around 15-45 seconds for 3 sets every day in the morning and evening and you will see very significant results, I have taught this technique to many people and most of them have seen very good results especially if they have a narrow jaw. This is done in order to push the ramus outwards and to get more outward projection of gonions. This works because there is no suture for this part of the jaw, but it may not work for individuals who have stopped all bone growth because the bones are less maleable. You can combine this with thumbpulling / internal zygo pushing in order to maximize results as this technique doesnt affect maxilla only gonions and ramus which will create a imbalanced face if you dont have good zygos / a good maxilla.

WARNING: THIS TECHNIQUE WILL NOT PRODUCE PERMANENT RESULTS (WILL REVERSE AFTER A FEW DAYS IF YOU STOP CONSISTENTLY DOING IT)

I attached some images to show what part to push with your thumbs, push on the underside and push laterally/horizontally for outward results or upwards to try to combat downward growth (second thing about downward growth i am not sure about - haven't seen noticeable results)
Short explanation:
Ramus pushing facepulling is a technique that combines elements of both ramus pushing and facepulling. It involves applying pressure to the underside of the gonion while simultaneously applying pressure to the maxilla. The goal is to encourage both outward movement of the ramus and forward and upward movement of the maxilla.

Thanks, remember its never over!

it works but not permanently, it creates semi permanent results for about 1 - 2 months if you do it consistently for a few weeks

if you have an underdeveloped masseter it works (i mentioned it only works for narrow jaw and narrow jaw people have underdeveloped masseter most of the time

its not shifting it, its just pushing it. outwards it will reverse itself after some time its not permanent

just take trenbolone dont overcomplicate it

just take trenbolone dont overcomplicate it
you can but i offer a simple temporary solution which can remain as long as you do this consistently (it will disappear within a few days if you dont do it)

So is it pointless if the results go ? How do I promote permanent results like the people you have taught who have seen good results

they stay if you keep doing it consistently because of the repeated things, but i dont recommend it unless you have a narrow jaw and are considering hardmax (because its really painful)

it produces noticeable results just they will reverse (you can measure with a ruler - it will produce actual change for short time)

also the ramus/mandible pushing technique works but as i said you need immense force and it will give you crazy pain

Just split your jaw open and reattach it theory, just bought this to optimize my lower thirds height

Imagine thinking you can manually reorient your gonial angles like a caveman molding clay. Your skull isn’t clay, and neither is your IQ though both seem equally deformed

its a troll post bro :forcedsmile::forcedsmile: jfl no way anyone took this seriously you cant mold your bones and you cant expand a fixed bone (no suture literally means it cant be moved)
