I'm pretty sure it does tbh, I'm 15 about to be 16 in 8 days and my ramus has increased in size by almost 1 or 1.5 cm in the last few months. I don't know how, I just randomly started noticing that my ramus was longer so I guess that was puberty.

I started chewing a shit ton, made my masseter quite a bit bigger and also ate meat more regularly, slept a bit more, more consistently so I kinda testosterone maxxed. There's a correlation to masseter size and ramus length so developing the masseter might help you.

ohhh that makes sense, thank you, i have like a lot of trouble sleeping tho do you have like advice for sleeping easier because i feel like im probably stunting my growth by not sleeping

ohhh that makes sense, thank you, i have like a lot of trouble sleeping tho do you have like advice for sleeping easier because i feel like im probably stunting my growth by not sleeping

Ofc you're stunting your growth by not sleeping enough, idk about trying to sleep though cause I train MMA almost everyday so I feel shit tired every night so I immediately go to sleep but a good tip would be to get in bed 15 to 20 minutes before the time you want to sleep so you get the perfect 8 or 9 hours of sleep you need by the time you drift to sleep but just get tired like go out, exercise, play a sport, something to get you tired and you'll be fine.

i used to play sports, i really only stopped because i tore a muscle in my back, and to be honest i do wanna get into combat and mma and stuff like that what martial art would be good for my first, thank you

nah dont take testosterone supplement if thats what you mean take stuff that boosts testosterone like k2 + d3 or zinc etc and yea start test maxxing daily working out, 9h sleep
