According to ratios etc my ramus is close to ideal but imo it looks too short, is it due to the lowsetness of my ears?

Jut forward and take a look at your profile/ mandible contour from the side, maybe your mandible is just positioned a bit further back into the skull, or it could be related to soft tissue.
Either way, you look good from the side.

You have a very projected frontal bone and brow ridge, with deep-set eyes as a result. A nice, straight nose and a relatively projected maxilla as well.
It's just your mandible that appears slightly retrusive. I doubt your ramus would be particularly short on a CT scan, the mandible likely just needs some extra forward growth

Damn brootal, thats prob something I cant fix since im not a prime bimax patient due to me not having any issues with anything and my mandible being only slight recessed. Means I need to find some ghetto as surgeon, thank you for your insight tho, clears up some things

You don’t even need a surgeon for such a minor issue. There’s a point of diminishing returns. Young people like you really need to stop obsessing over perfection. Just live your life and appreciate being attractive- there’s literally nothing holding you back
