Just get a bsso with a good ccw rotation,posibly with a chin implants,go to turkey some of those guys do some crazy shit so you can exactly as much advancement and rotation as youd like. Andyou could do it at the same time which saves money on top of an already cheaper procedure

Yeah id says thats the best course of action,yoh still look good so youre life will still be good without it probs but i still think itl acend you enough to be worth it, get it when youre an adult with atleast a stable financial situation
