Worked:
- getting more sleep (i slept like 5 hours a day on average)

Mightve worked/kinda worked:
- stretching
- arotamese inhibitors

Shit/Cope/Didnt Work:
- igf-1 pills
- pharma grade hgh injection (i did it at home not by a actual doctor so mightve had better results that way)
- microfractures
- sprinting
- masai jumps
- lsjl (only ogs know this shit 🤣)
- vibration (actually made me like 1 cm shorter)
- electro therapy
- bonesmashing heels (yes i actually tried this)
- sleep stretching
- rock climbing (dont ask what the theory was, i just saw it in some thread)

Decompression is the only thing that works but you have to do it literally every day with an inversion table. Also glucosamine works to keep morning height. All else is cope

Fixing posture made me go from slightly under 6’3 to 6’3.9. Possibly the most underrated looksmax

Actually, I always used to eat a lot, but I couldn't grow because of my low T4 and insulin problems. even dirty bulk genetic.

Both of those are luxuries but if you can afford it definitely worth it. I’d say the gym is the thing that fixed my posture the most though

For how long did you inject hgh? You need to do it for at least a year to see actual results

I’ve had no sides I think my dose is like 2g a day split up morning and night? But I literally just take like 3-5 capsules per time. I think standard dose is 2
