This list is for what unhealthy foods I consider the least-most damaging for looks based on experience
This is based on my experience after progressively getting of a primal diet into more free-range diet.

1: Fruit oils
Shit like olive oil, avocado oil, palm oil.
After switching from beef tallow-this bc its easier to find, There was no difference in looks.

Nut Butters
No difference in my looks

3: Bread/Pasta/Rice
No difference in my looks

4: Ice cream
No difference, however servings were small per day.

5: Nutella,
No difference, it doesnt even have seed oils just mad sugar and nuts.

Waffles/Pancakes:
Small difference in skin, particularly nose region.

Fatty meats:
Gained fat, its just so easy to overeat on it.

Oikos Protein Yogurts:
Skin got worse, but only if I overdid it. No more than 2-3 per day

Fried foods:
Pretty bad, skin worse, bloating, etc.

High sodium foods:
This only bloats me if I eat it multiple days in a row, other than that bloating is mostly cope

And here was a full day of eating for me on days where Im not strict:

Breakfast: Either one waffle with nutella or a bacon egg and cheese sandwich from deli
Lunch: Skip, sometimes my school gives out free snacks so I might have some peanut butter crackers for 220 calories.
Snack: sometype of chochlate, maybe another waffle with nutella,
Snack 2: A burger thats like 500-600 Calories, or some tacos
Snack 3: protein yogurt, another one of those burgers or a small desert.
