rant about some kid

Theres this kid in my grade that has chadlite potential and is bound to be above 2 meters tall (mom 180cm dad 195cm) but is feminine and autistic and gets bullied every single day. i try to tell him his about potential daily and tell him that hes a dumbass that he doesnt care since thats the sole reason that he gets bullied because he doesnt redeem his INSANE potential and already mogs 75% of the people in my grade.
he does nothing about it no matter how much i tell him because hes a retard skinny 15yo with 0 friends that cries after being told that hes a dumbass. he says that hes too tired to work on himself and work out because he studies. i hate him so much dude hes such a weak fucking guy why couldnt that be me he doesnt deserve that body i hate him so much
