"Rare atmospheric phenomenon," is that what they're calling it?

So, if I turn the power off to a building, I can now call that rare atmospheric phenomenon?

Of course, we were provided with a heads up several times from mainstream media warning about solar flares knocking electricical grids out. But there weren't any, or unless we'll call this a solar flare hangover.

And because the power went out, they're buying lots of groceries. Makes sense?

What's interesting about this, when it happened, I was using a VPN from Spain, and yet, everything worked just fine. Here, I'll switch to one right now in Spain.

OKAY! I'm using one from Barcelona. Everything is working just fine. Either the press is lying about Spain for some reason, or only a tiny section is out of power.
