You're too young to start roiding, 16 is too young still IMO but I can see it being worth it for some people. Unironically keep mewing because you're 14 and can still get good gains from it. Also if you blast test you can cuck your growth, you're already like 5'9 so just chill a few years and you will be 6'+ easily
