getting this haircut was the worst thing to do with ur face shape . ur eye area is not good ur orbitals are bad and u have high esr , u got decent zygos good nose and lips . grow ur hair out , get minoxidil or latisse for brows and lashes , tint all black . u dont look 16 , u may be a late bloomer so not over , rn ur ltn but ur not developed yet
