you kinda look like centralamerican barret especially with that lifevest like you're on a boat to the US. my suggestions would be to try and improve the contrast with the lips and get more sunlight to your eyes i believe they can turn lightbrown quite easily.

well yeah i kinda ascended and descened, because when i removed it i got made fun by most of girls in my class and people told me to never cut it. I can show some examples if you want me too
