You should get a haircut imo. Keep it medium-length, but your hair just looks too messy, and not in the good kind of way.

You have some under-eye bags and what seems to be dark spots on your cheeks, so look into vitamin c serum or hydroquinone or kojic acid soap to brighten those up if it's just hyperpigmentation. Or you could fraudmax with using BB Cream, CC Cream, Concealer, etc.
