We both cursed with the flat maxilla it's a partial halo to the lower 3rd because it creates the illusion of a broader lower 3rd i would definitely say take test and var for the free 0.5-1psl add on but also take hgh and acutain and do something to grow your eyebrows also you look Hella nd maybe push to be more socially outgoing and get some heat in your closet if your serious about Drastically improving save up for mid face filler no soft shot though or it could migrate go for PMMA
