My jaw is shifted because of sleeping on one side of my body. Sleeping on my back will neutralize it for now but I’m thinking ortho should fix it

Looking good bro, dont worry.

It's like alot of information but if you seriously looking to fix your asymmetry then follow his routines and what he does

Yea I’m only doing chin tucks for posture purposes they help with that but I’m going to try to do his routines until I get a scan to see if it can be fixed with ortho and if not surgery it is

Hmtn-lhtn with good height your chilling bro not much you can do from here

Sleeping on your back is not a hack that will magically “fix” facial asymmetry it’s maintenance, not reconstruction. Your jawline isn’t severely off, but the asymmetry in your lips signals a structural imbalance:
a slight mandibular shift, possibly compounded by uneven muscle tone in the masseter and orbicularis oris.

Explanation for your situation:
  • Wolff’s Law: Bone remodels along stress lines. Chronic side-sleeping subtly reinforces asymmetrical mandibular growth or adaptation. JFL
  • Muscle adaptation: Masseter and temporalis muscles develop uneven tonus over time, which can pull the lips and jawline out of perfect alignment.
  • TMJ remodeling: The temporomandibular joint adjusts to these imbalances, so even minor structural shifts manifest in soft tissue asymmetry.

What you can do atp respectfully:
    1. Posture: Sleep on your back, maintain neutral spine stabilizes the facial muscles and prevents further asymmetry.

    2. Hitting Ortho (Which you mentioned you'll go alr): The only true “reconstruction” move braces, elastics, or minor mandibular adjustment to correct structural imbalance.
If you don't do those most prob you'll end with people replying ropefuel most of the time, assymetry rapes all your halos.

yeah I’m looking back at pictures when I did have braces and my lips were symmetrical, ortho is the method. But it’s crazy how much of an impact asymmetry has. Fortunately I can fix mine but I didn’t know it was a Tier S nerf
