First of all, get a haircut, nigga. Do skincare, start using Tret/retinoid and sunscreen. Frame looks kind of brutal, start lifting- shoulder press, lateral raises, weighted pull ups, dumbbell/barbell rows. Lose fat to debloat your face.

I’m not qualified to talk about surgeries so another user can chime in. Not that I necessarily think you need any, you look pretty normal To me.

I’m not the best person to give ratings but I think you could enter HTN territory if you lift weights, get lean, get a haircut and get good skin

No I'm subhuman-LTN. Don't think you realize how good it is to be 6ft+ white and MTN. You just need to be NT to do alright in the dating market.

Your jaw is fine. Your frame and thin neck is more the problem that would be addressed with steroids. If that even.. don't think it grows past 18 even with testosterone. Just work out.

I am, and I did actually tried to go to parties, with my friends, and I was left alone while them went on with girls... idk I don't live in America tho I'm in latam country but with a lot of white people...

Don't listen to that nigga bro you don't need roids plus they can fuck you up permanently. Just work out and focus on upper body and prioritise these muscles in this order:

1 - Shoulders specifically the lateral head

2 - Back specifically the lats

3 - Arms (triceps are more important than biceps since they make 2/3s of your arm compared to biceps making 1/3)

4 - Chest specifically upper chest

But if you just train upper body in general it's fine. Though don't do direct trap work since it might make your frame worse.
