22, 187cm, khhv, haven't been looksmaxxing for a while and descending everyday bc of depression and anxiety. could i realistically still ascend?

U can ascend, but depends on where u live. Ethnic tax is brutal. Also norwooding. Height is good

Your hair is incel tier. For your hair you should either:
1.) straighten it.
2.) perm it out and fraud a BBC cut like Hamza.
3.) learn how to flesh out the curls to make them stand out and look less nappy.
Your submalar region looks a bit bloated almost akin to a feminised implant. Maybe look into the possibility of shaving it down.
This is what a submalar implant looks like so you'd basically be getting the reverse of this by shaving off your submalar region. Make sure you don't touch your malar region as those are what give you defined cheekbones.
Your eyebrows look a bit high set and funky. Consider the possibility of getting them a bit lowered through the usage of botox being applied to your frontalis muscle.
