what I would do if I were you: I would start taking oral minoxidil to thicken eyebrows and maybe dye it. Accutane (isotretinoin) to remove acne or tretinoin (less effective) remove that moustache, change your haircut opt for a NT one and do something to fix the coloring (melanotan, fake tan, tanned lamps) I don't know why I don't have this type of problem so look on the forum by yourself

Appreciate it and the haircut has been changed alr just couldnt be bothered to take new pics
