Rate a friend's frame and gym progress

I know it's a meme to ask for a friend but in this case it's not actually me and just a friend I don't want to drag into this cesspool

Here are things to know:
  • Age: early 20's
  • Height: go ahead and guess
  • Time span is from 2022-2023, pics are attached in more or less chronological order
  • Starting weight is around 89/90kg and ending weight is around 83/82kg
  • About 2-3 months into gym

Throw any advice for diet/workout plans, gym progress is currently on a pause
 
why do you have pics of your 'friend' in his underwear

Have good frame, but need train lateral and back shoulders. (back shoulder the most understimate and untrained muscle)

#1 Train chest hard, (no bench because he don't have the morpho for (long arm + high insertion muscle), make several injury)

#2 Train hard shoulder, (focus on lateral and back shoulder) never train front shoulder.

#3 Of course train Abs, arm .. and Back.

short upper body with long arms always looks so fucking subuman im sorry
 
As funny as the cagefuel replies are I do sorta wish I was able to forward more advice but thanks to the one guy who did offer some jfl
 
His proportions are off, but look fine in clothes

He should first cut down to 12 percent body fat and then go for a long one year lean bulk with 300 calories above maintenance to build a solid amount of muscle. He should train compound movements including the bench press, OHP, Weighted Chin ups and pull ups, Rows, and some isolation work for biceps and triceps. Follow a good ppl split. After that he should hopefully have enough muscle to cut down and lose the skinny fat look, and look much better. Repeat this cycle a few more times and you should reach your natural genetic limit. If it’s underwhelming, take steroids and start with a basic test cycle or sarms.
