Stick to black, blonde looks like shit on ethnics as they don't have the phenotype to suit blonde.

to mitigate water retention hop on furosemide, literal hollow cheek pill
hair also looks fried, consider keratin treatment and grow it out, its a mess
consider double eyelid tape too. double sided eyelid tapes work wonders
