Preciate it, Im trying to fix my asymmetry by sleeping on my back but I dont know if it works. Ive been sleeping on my back for almost a year now and I only noticed that my eyes got more symmetrical. Ovr I didn’t see a big difference but Idk if the other asymmetries got better or not.

Work on your frame at this time. Your face is not fully developed so don't bother touching it surgically till mid 20s. If your face develops properly and you escape that cutecel look by 25-28 range, you won't need surgeries at all IMO as you don't have major flaws on your face.
