I avoid carbs and sugar and shit and I don't eat meat or dairy, but it doesn't matter as much bc I'm long done growing

I sleep a lot but I was on a medication that has had the residual effect of me being tired all the time

I want to lose 20 lbs, I looked better at the weight I was at before being on meds

If I was you I would try lose bf, by doing lots of cardio, calorie deficit and drinking water. Also ik your done growing but honestly if u can, meat is rlly rlly good for you, especially with testosterone levels and good micronutrients. I think you would ascend lots from getting a more defined face from lowering fat, and looking more healthy. That alongside growing out hair long and you’ll be good
