in the first pic i weighed like 72kg (rlllyy light for my length) hence the more definition in my face. less face fat and debloated. might say prime face at that time

I also never noticed the ESR before myself but ever since ppl started pointing it out in ratings I started seeing it. as no one has ever told me it in real life either so I don't think its that much of a problem indeed, I agree with your words and that i should just live my life and enjoy it. but in the back of my mind it still bothers me sometimes you know.

Its a good physique but if I were you id gain more muscle mass as you can still fill out quite a bit more

It's on the low side. But it's not something horrible and you won't be able to change it. Irl nobody would notice and comment it because it's not noticeable to the simple eye.

I usually don't comment on ratings but this time did because I saw some giving you a rating, that people that are x2 uglier get. I assume you come from social media and psl ratings are trendy stuff there so you were probably intrigued. I saw somewhere people saying "i got x rating on .org!!" and brag about it .

But as someone 5 years on this stuff I can tell you that psl ratings and talk are a meme that is just a trend right now. So yeah, you look great, just keep doing the normal stuff, so called softmaxxing, grooming, gym, diet, sleep and such.

This forum is a shitposting waste of time by the way. You won't gain much of it, some high quality threads about looks that you may find interesting but that's all. The place was always off-topic oriented, but nowadays it's no longer funny. The fame of this forum is thanks to 2018-2022 years.
