That pineapple hair doesn't suit your tall skull. The style isn't bad but you should have more length on your sides to counteract it. The picture quality is kind of ass so i can't make a lot of stuff out but grow (minoxidil) and dye your eyebrows. Also eyelashemaxx to make your blue eyes have more contrast and make your eye area more striking. You seem pretty pale which with your pheno doesn't go along well your light hair (peter otooles pill). Tbh as an ethnic i don't know shit about obtaining a darker complexion other than mt2 so you should look into that whole sphere. Just basic softmaxxes
