yeah something like that but u can put on a lot of tissue. Bones aren't fucked, just put on some muscles and the V-Shape is gonna form better. Focus on chest possibly, that's how I reached my actual build that actual adds points instead of detracting (by personal experience) But builds like yours can appeal too. Like at this point it gets very theoretical and hard to apply to real life
