got up to 182 and was honestly fat as shit, i already have a good frame id say but once i reach my goal which is 150, i’ll lean bulk to 175 and keep repeating

Nice but i would recomend to not get so obsessive to get that lean

i’ll keep it in mind, by obsessive do you mean getting too lean and losing too much muscle or staying lean for too long
