im guessing im subhuman or LTN but trying my best to improve. Im on my 2nd month of accutane so ignore the purge/acne and also have braces with bite blocks on rn. I heard my genes were also very bad just dont know how to fix them, am i cooked?

Honestly not sure which surgeries to get since theyre expensive and im young, like gotta be 18 to get rhino even
