use minoxidil (oral if you can get it) and castor oil to grow them out then dye them blue-black. It adds "halo effect" basically a subtle improvement but it can make a big difference.

Ur good lol.
This is blue-black hair color, its a darker black that makes your lashes stand out more. Regular black works fine too
