All I’d recommend is lose weight, grow out your hair and eyebrows, and to maximise your puberty and to get male dismorphisim you’d have to do the basics, which is sleep consistently at least 9 hours on a consistent sleep schedule, work out, eat foods high in nutrients and let puberty do its thing.

It’s best if you go to bed earlier, I normally go to sleep before 11 every single day. Be really strict with sleep, as it’s the only time you actually grow and develop properly. If you don’t feel good in mornings, it’s either shit sleep quality or you body was focused on developing, so don’t stress too much, make sure it’s just 9 hours and good sleep quality.
