skincare & gym are good starts, yeah just be consistent with it ltn - look into skincare products that target your skin concerns since you're young and stay hydrated; diet also matters a lot for long-term improvements. exercise regularly to build some mass and tone up too bro. been doing the same shit myself and seeing gains over time from both so i know they work, just gotta put in the work consistently
