Hi
Tried to keep a neutral look. Feels like I look better in the mirror and the camera plays (phone) but could be me
About 5'10. 26 y. o.
Looking for any suggestions, soft or hard (surgery)
Procedures done: HT (about 3K grafts)
Procedures planned: Lasik (about -2 on each eye, to get rid of glasses in daily life)
Additionally planned actions: hit gym/swim more after Lasik, quit video gaming and sleep more and better, go out and socialize, restart hair treatment after Lasik, stretch out to improve posture more (including fixing forward head posture), improve skin regiment with some supplements/shave face, get decent haircut, get a fucking job after papers sorted
Undergoing routines: mewing, chewing, posturemaxxing including sleep, good diet
Self-observed flaws in order of impact/complexity to correct:
- mediocre skin: get some tan/get more active/skin regiment
- forward head posture: can probably be fixed with gym/posturemaxxing to decent degree
- black circles under eyes: hopefully being more active/sitting less will help, otherwise will look into facial creams/etc
- something off about the nose: might consider rhino but not sure if lower third should be addressed first instead
- philtrum on the longer side (2.5cm vs 5cm chin below - ratio of ~2): fuck knows lefort, maybe mewing will slightly help but doubt?
- weak lower third side profile projection: fuck knows, I was offered premolars extraction to push chin forward but was said it's shit and quite expensive atm
- crap height - ll but will defo need more time. Maybe stretching/gym etc will help a bit
