Just to be clear I’m Canadian so we don’t have access to raw milk, and I never even see pasture raised eggs in most supermarkets near me jfl (they always say free range but I heard that’s not as tested as pasture raised)
5 eggs (I cook the whites then put the raw yolk on top for my scramble)
250g of 90/10 Ground beef
1 whole can of wild pink salmon (it’s about 220g and has the bones in it which is great for calcium)
About 50g of Mozzarella cheese to meet my remaining calcium
1 small chicken breast
2 bananas
3 kiwis
1 tablespoon of raw honey
1 sweet potatoe
2 carrots
Some kimchi for probiotics
And like 3-4 tablespoons of ghee or butter to cook everything
As for drinks I don’t drink anything but water and a little bit of coconut water (like half a cup) since milk here is all pasteurized bs
