any tips and ratings are welcome, i think my chest is my worst part.
im 178cm
what do you guys think of my shoulders to hips ratio?
 
You just look like any average skinny guy idk why you’re desperate for rating. However I see some potential if you start training hard

Yeah kinda you have some wide shoulders and a decent starting physique good potential but you just need to worry about gaining some muscle

ive been working out for a long time but yh i made alot of mistakes

Hmmm idk I didn't have a workout routine I did whatever and didn't take care of my diet either, but I was able to achieve a pretty good physique in 2 months, ig it just comes down to genetics

yh bro i was skinny fat, so i had no muscle
when i started, i could only bench 30kg and i weighed 75 kg:feelswah:
