How do i debloat like i've been trying for the past 2 months but i Just cant like i am literally lean look at my pfp thats no more than 12%bf or lower (scale says 10% but i dont believe that shi), tones get Better in Summer as i go to the beach regularly and get toned very good, for brows im using castor oil and i alr bought volufiline to try for eyes. The problem Is still the bloating i feel i'd get way Better with less bloat but nothing worksmtn, debloat, lean down, volufiline on lips and maybe under eyes too idk hard to tell from the pic whether its just the shadow or you have poor undereye support, contacts (dont be retarded and get bright blue or similar get something that would look natural like hazel or amber), beta carotene and lycopene for better undertones, minoxidil on your brows so hopefully you can grow more hair around them and get them to look straighter

Yea you're right but i feel like thats rlly not It i look like the 10% One in this Pic, however i'll try a cut and see what happens, as for the bloating what do you suggest?well you better do more and debloat bc if its not that then your absolutely boneless
also for the pfp I'm guessing your flexing slightly and you don't have the greatest definition on the muscles

School break: a sandwich and sometimes a protein bar
Lunch:200g pasta With 300g/350g of meat/chicken/fish (depends on the day)
Dinner:same as lunch.
Total:3000k calories and i barely gain Weight

You dont think blending fruit at the Moment isnt the same as eating them raw? I mean thats the same thing you are ingesting im rlly trying to add real fruit to my dietenjoy being a gymcell forever then idk what to tell you
