Rate, and whats wrong with my face?

(19 M 6’1) I know I have a lot of fat in my face but I feel like my overall body fat % is not that high, look at the last picture for reference. Why do my face look fat? Also this is my face debloated so it’s not that.
I feel like I’m so used to seeing my face that I don’t know what I need to fix.
I’m slightly cutting and I know I need to fix my coloring! I’m also planing to hop on fin and minoxidil.

side maybe needs chin implants, front needs to deabloat or loose face fat, tan and coloring, lashes need to be darker or oral minox
