145lbs and around 17 BF%

What I’m doing to ascend:
Eating at maintenance + weightlifting and fasted cardio in the morning to recomp (already do weight lifting and cardio but have been cutting)

15 mins red light therapy daily (already have been doing this) with a hooga panel

Hopping on oral minox finally for eyelash and brow gains

Just being more active in general (10k steps, hanging with friends) which I’ve already been doing

Getting outside in the sun more since it’s getting warmer out

Gonna try carnivore diet because I love meat in my mouth 👄 and it will probably just help me feel better in general

No dont hop on oral minox please brooooo I did that nigger shit Now I look like orangutan. Use the topical only for areas you need it. Otherwise shit targets your pubes like crazy I had to shave every day nigger shit.

why not use topical minox + growth serums for brows and latisse for eyebrows? way better than systemic minox, you never know where that can end up

I wouldn’t change much but you could honestly probably just do a quick hard cut first.

Also maybe get on an aromatase inhibitor tbh, you’re still young enough to grow right?

make sure you wear sunscreen if you spend a lot of time outside. There are good options that aren’t endocrine disruptors and don’t leave too much of a whitecast, like nano-zinc or even clear zinc which is a larger particle size, but small enough to avoid whitecast.

Yeah I basically only use this in my free time but i play sports and do shit everyday. But yh I rotted a lot last summer

Idk, people have been saying the better option for my puberty and growth in general is to just recomp because I practically have no muscle

Recomping is slow and inefficient unless you’re roiding. If you focus now you can just get down to like 11-12% and do a steady lean bulk from there. If you hope on an AI now you could also give yourself a lot more growth potential.

As an example of this at the extreme, I read a case about a man with an aromatase deficiency who grew to be 208cm.

Being leaner will also make your estrogen lower.

If you control estrogen, it will probably impact your growth a lot more over time than merely having excess calories.

So should I just do the 1000kcal chicken breast diet like you said until 10-12 BF% then lean bulk?

maybe ill buy some if I can get some money from my dad for BTC. gonna check out that website when I’m home. for now my permanent plan is to do the chicken breast strat and lean bulk late April. and maybe do some light roiding like anavar or smthn. what do u think?
