I'm pretty sure that I'm capped by too high of a midface ratio (~1.15) and other issues downstream from that, so I would need a lefort 1 or something to ascend any further, not planning to hardmaxx tho.

JFL I've always had thick eyebrows, and started putting minoxidil on them along with my hair to fight the reaper (le expert said everything is fine but with my family history I'm not taking any chances, plus a shorter upper third would work better with my short midface)

It's very fucking hard, my lowest weight was 69.2kg, but my lowest monthly average was 71.5kg, and now I'm back up to 74kg and trying to cut back down (for reference, mu highest weight was ~92kg), I try to adhere to a one meal per day diet of ~450 calories of beef, ~650 calories of chicken, ~50 calorie apple, ~90 calorie banana, ~80 calories 2 carrots, ~650 calories of trek bars (shit but I'm so addicted to them) totaling to just under 2000 calories, but sometimes I'll just break down and order Domino's or Papa Johns and eat 4 days worth of calories in one meal. Then I'll cope by eating nothing for a day (my longest fast was like 72 hours jfl), gymcelling, 4 hour walks etc it's brutal.

It makes sense to have further tiers instead of just rounding up or down though, right? Like Wheat Waffles, Chadify etc round up or down to the nearest whole number, surely saying 5.4 is more informative than rounding down to 5, same with high MTN vs low MTN.
