theyre very achievable. I only changed canthal tilt, eyebrow tilt, eyebrow density, under eye coloring, and lower third height (with some slight width). The former is easily achievable via almond eye surgery and some eyebrow work. And the latter is easily achievable via lower third osteotomies, implants, and/or fillers. Many before and after results confirm this.
I didn’t change too much tbh
The eye changes are very subtle and totally achievable. The lower third changes are more drastic but also fairly achievable from what I’ve seen.

yeah for sure. With these morphs I was just purposely staying very conservative without changing too too much
